The location of the hostel was amazing, within walking distance of many key attractions and close to a tube station. The staff were really helpful and went out of their way to make us feel comfortable. The rooms and bathrooms were clean and I appreciated the convenience of being able to use a PIN code for room access. the discounts offered at the nearby restaurant were a nice touch.

One negative aspect of our stay was that there were no curtains on the beds, making it difficult to sleep through the daylight. the metal storage facilities were really loud to open and close, which was disruptive to our fellow dorm-mates.
